honey white bread and hangover breakfast

Just finished another slice of my Honey White Bread simply with some butter… I’m proud. It is mighty tasty. Here are some pictures of the dough and the finished product.

As for my Hangover Breakfast, You will need the following things:

2 eggs (any size)
onion (here I used red onion, usually I just use what’s on hand and you can use as much as you want.)
cheese (here I used mozzarella)
2 slices of bread
butter and olive oil

I start by prepping all of the ingredients. This helps with making sure the meal is all ready on time.

I take a medium sized frying pan on medium heat, add butter and some olive oil (to prevent to butter from burning). When it looks all nice and bubbly, add the onions and toss’em until lightly browned.

Make sure to beat the two eggs before adding as they will be scrambled. Before you add the eggs, put your toast in to make sure it will be done in time.

Scramble the eggs and when they have stiffened, add the cheese.

After a few pokes, kill the heat and let them sit and get gooey as you butter your toast. Don’t take too long: cold gooey eggs are gross! Grab a plate, cover your toast pieces and enjoy! (You can season with s+p if you wish.)

This is just my take on scrambled eggs on toast, but damn is it tasty.

DFTBA.
