i’m back!
sorry for my few day hiatus. lots of milling around and cooking has been done.
so far, in the last few days I have magically made the following: orange cranberry scones, aloo gobi, tandoori chicken (and tofu), curried vegetables, and butter chicken sauce.
Of course, I can’t really type out the recipies for all of these. But, if you request it, I shall deliver. The whole meal (minus the scones) was DELICOUS. I think my dad and I outdid ourselves this time. The aloo gobi was a major improvement over the last time I tried to make it. somehow, it wasn’t spicy enough. Next time I need to add curry paste. Good thing I have written that down!
As for the curried vegetables, SO easy. onions, garlic, butter, oil, and curry paste in a pan. add frozen veggies. when they are all yummy and mixed in, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream. it is to dieeee for.
now lets rewind here. yesterday I made the ina garten orange cranberry scones, and holy macaroni. They were light, fluffy, and so decadant. Next time I will need to add more cranberries though. I warmed one up and ate it with some vanilla ice cream. It was PERFECT. No word of a lie. This inspired another idea I have been having…
I think I want to open a bakery/coffee shop. I could take my skills of barista-ing from starbucks. And, my dad and I can both bake up a storm. I think it would be an amazing idea. I’m going to work out some ideas in a word document tonight and post them. I want all of you to see what I mean!
I’m going to film a vlog and get some more ideas for you lovlies.
